What a wonderful way to wrap up our concert season! Huge thanks to Jessica and Tim for their warm hospitality on Saturday evening. Their beautiful garden, lit by candlelight and filled with good company, provided the perfect setting for a relaxed and joyful gathering.

The evening was a true celebration — delicious food contributed by all, laughter, music, and of course, the now-legendary “ad hic” singing that closed the night in classic Witchert style. We may have coined a new term, but the spirit of spontaneous harmony was unmistakable!

Special appreciation goes to Ann, whose behind-the-scenes efforts continue to hold everything together — even when she couldn’t be with us in person, her presence (and her crumble!) were very much felt and missed.

We’re also delighted to share that the event raised just over £1,000 for charity, with 81 adults and 4 children attending. An incredible achievement and testament to the generosity and commitment of this amazing group.
